He was a local cabaret singer. The song is based on the tune Row Row Row<br /><br /><br /><span style="font-style:italic;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">WHAT IS THE CORRECT LYRIC TO THE RICHMOND THEMESONG- 'RISKING HEAD AND SHIN/SKIN'</span></span><br /><br />The correct lyric is risking head and shin - as originally written in 1962.<br />Coincidentally, the RFC Website lists it incorrectly as 'head and skin'<br /><br /><br /><span style="font-style:italic;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">WHO WORE THE NUMER 29 BEFORE KEVIN BARTLETT?</span></span><br /><br />Mr Rodney Evans wore the guernsey from 1963-1964 for 11 games<br /><br /><br /><span style="font-style:italic;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 51);">DID A MR ALEXANDER MITCHELL MCKINLAY EVER PLAY FOR RICHMOND?</span></span><br />There is no record of Mr McKinlay playing Senior Football in the VFL for Richmond, or in the VFA (pre 1908).<br />If he did try out for Richmond, it has not been documented in the Minute Books.<br />The best bet is to search newspapers of the time for any reference.<div><br /></div><div><!--StartFragment--> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: Tahoma; "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 51);">I know somebody, William (Will) Pulbrook, who says he played 23 senior games for Richmond I guess around mid-late 80's.
